SO....MANY...NOTIFICATIONS @_@

Welcome everybody, old and new fans alike! I created this newground account as a safe haven a few weeks ago when Tumblr started going crazy, and I'm glad I did. It's nice to know there is some reliable place you can go too when things start falling apart. I'm also on twitter, but who know if they won't be the next to smash down nsfw, those are crazy times, people.

That being said, while I will remain very active on newground, I was looking for a more personal space, a...how would you say....a blog? Newground is a great platform for discovery, and they do plan some positive changes to accomodate the waves of tumblr artists, so I'm looking forward to that, but in the meantime, I created a blogger account.

Blogger's mass upload and labeling system makes it almost perfect for me, it allow me to upload all kind of content and filter it easy so that you can seemlessly read a comic by simply scrolling, and also has a proper comment system, something tumblr never bothered to have. I managed to upload the entire fvt archive in a couple hours, something that would have been impossible on Tumblr, HF or here. I plan to refine things a bit, the blog is still very rough around the edges, and will upload more content during the month. Once I'm done with it, It will look like a real website!

Like I said, I still plan to be active here on a daily basis, but unless something awful happen, you can consider this blogspot my new base of operation for all my content.

I follow your work for some time and I'm glad you'll continue your comic elsewhere. It still boggles my mind why Tumblr is doing this.

There's many rumors going on. Some say it's about pleasing Apple, other say it's the first step toward shutting down the website entirely, other think they might actually just sell the damn thing once they're done flushing the naughties. What is sure, is that none of it is for the well-being of their user base and "making a more positive tumblr".

@Eldrik It's so bizarre that violence is completely ok, you can show as much gore as you want and at most they will just put an age gate. Show a nipple on the other hand and it's the end of the world.

Indeed @franksands , it is a sad world we live in. I can only hope that there will be some kind of mental revolution on the matter as a new generation gets to power. Not that I want violence banned in entertainments media, I dislike censorship altogether. I just want stigmas to go away.
